At Pink Ivy MedSpa in Southlake, our goal is to provide a welcoming and relaxing yet professional environment for you to experience the latest in cosmetic injection services and wellness.  We want you to not only enjoy your time with us but also love how you look and feel when you leave.  To ensure your spa experience is the best it can be, please adhere to the following policies and procedures.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

 Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be $50. A no-show will result in a 50% off of the service charge that was scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the 24-hour cancellation fee may apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit on file.

To secure your time slot, you must call or go online to Vagaro.com in advance and reserve your appointment by securing a reservation with a credit card.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is subject to change.  We will make every effort to alert you of price changes, but we cannot guarantee it. 

Payment is due at the time of the service in the form of cash, credit card, Venmo, Apple pay, or Zelle.

We are excited to be offering a '“treat yourself and pay later” with the Cherry payment plan! You can pay and manage your payment plans, set up auto-pay, and more through Cherry’s easy and transparent patient portal.

Refunds

There are no refunds on services performed or purchased.  All sales are final.

Walk-Ins

Walk-in appointments will be accepted if the schedule allows. However, this is subject to change at any time.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment.  Guests that arrive 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule. 

Health

Because we work so closely, we ask that if you are currently sick, or feel like you might be getting sick that you kindly reschedule your visit.

Children

Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms, and they cannot be left unattended in the waiting area so we ask that you do not bring children to your visit to provide for you a more relaxing and undistracted visit.
